But upgrading, what I do feel is that just do lift upgrading and covered walkways, at least ppl dun need to pay and more blocks can be done in 1 year

I quite like the idea of unemployment insurance by the WP though but have to be carefully thought out. They did say partially borne by the employee and employer, maybe a small % of their CPF or something

In fact, Chiam said his lift upgrading is 1/2 price, cos he could not do lift landing.. I suspect the killer of the LUP is actually the alternation works to allow lift landing

But with insurance there is a cap to it
Good as a buffer la
Like any system there will always be abusers

Also maybe it can translate into life insurance coverage or something if you never use it or something Laughing Got potential to study I think

A cap if clearly defined it's good

But the medical issue, it really turns me off... Already see GP dun need to pay GST unless you are foreigner and scrap the GST benefits the A class patients most
